Life Coach & Guide

  • Imagine if you could be so sure of who you are and what you want from life, nothing and no one got in your way.
  • Imagine feeling free to openly express your true wants, needs and desires and then get them.
  • Imagine knowing yourself so well that you are able to make quick and confident decisions.

Learn how to discover your true self, set heartfelt goals and live the life you’ve been wanting. I am obsessed with helping women know their true worth and to go after their dreams, both big and small. While I do utilize my degrees in social work, this is not therapy but rather a journey we take together, with me as your guide.

Public Speaking Coaching

I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world to deliver my message to a variety of audiences as well as couples workshops with my husband. I have spoken professionally on every continent and want to continue this mission to empower people everywhere!

I fell into public speaking by coaching my husband, Ryan Avery, in 2012 to become the youngest world champion of public speaking in history! We dedicated our lives to study, practice and implement communication and public speaking.

I would love to work with you one-on-one in order to develop your strong message from the heart, speaking with confidence and using your voice to make a difference! I get especially excited about helping women achieve their full potential because we need more women to be BOLD, speak up and influence our world (that being said, I have amazing male clients as well)!

A Note About Coaching:

Coaches and guides provide expertise whenever it is useful, but never does things for you. The primary role of a coach/guide is to listen, question, observe, pinpoint, re-frame, and articulate. The plans and actions you take are your own.

While coaching is often therapeutic, it is not therapy. The focus of coaching is taking a hard look at what a fulfilling life looks like for you. Together, we identify specific plans, actions steps, and ways of thinking that will move you towards achieving your desired goals. It looks at the future, not the past.

I will support, encourage, empathize, suggest, question, trouble-shoot, identify and offer options that provide solutions to issues, dilemmas, obstacles and challenges.
